Your version of PDF reader is not up to date. Please download the
latest version of PDF reader from the link above. You have PDF reader installed, but could not open the file. The
error message "There was an error opening this document. This file
cannot be found." is shown. This means there is a problem in your
adobe
software configuration. Please follow the steps below.
Open Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Go to <Edit><Preferences> Go to <Internet> Remove check mark in <Open PDF in browser> If error persist, remove check mark in <Allow fast-web view>
A quick solution to the PDF problem is to save the document on your computer
instead of opening it using the web browser. This can be done with the
steps below.
Right click on document link Choose "Save As" and select location to save file to After download complete, choose open from file download dialog, or Open folder containing the document, and double click to open.
