Mark has over 15 years of mining industry experience in a range of mining centres and commodities. He was most recently General Manager at Stawell Gold Mines.
Mark graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the University of New South Wales and commenced his career with Rio Tinto (then CRA) in 1992. Mark subsequently worked at the Bulong Nickel Operations and Lihir Gold in Papua New Guinea. Prior to moving to Stawell, Mark was Joint Venture manager for MPI Mines’ Coolgardie Gold JV. |

Martin Bouwmeester has more than 10 years experience in the gold mining industry, and was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company. Martin has been a Certified Practicing Accountant for over 8 years. Mr. Bouwmeester is an Affiliate member of Chartered Secretaries Australia. |

Jozsef has over 15 years experience in the mining industry. He worked for KCGM during the Stage 3 expansion of the Fimiston Mill and Newcrest Mining at Cadia during the construction and commissioning phase.
Prior to joining Perseverance in January 2004 he worked for Placer Dome at the Henty operation in Tasmania. He has been involved in management, project evaluation and operations throughout his career and is also a director of a public non-listed mutual financial institution. |

Troy has over 15 years of mining experience in Australian Underground Mining Operations.
Prior to joining Stawell Gold Mines in 1998, Troy worked for Western Mining Corporation in a variety of mining activities ranging from hand held machine mining in the eastern gold fields of Western Australia through to large scale metalliferous operations in South Australia. Troy has achieved competencies in both
WA Underground Mine Supervision and WA First Class Mine Management. Most recently employed as Mine
Manager for Stawell Gold Mines with contributions to mine engineering, mine operations, plant maintenance
and project management activities prior. |
